The Presentation
Since its founding in 1954, Polaris has been making high-quality, breakthrough products and broadening the view of powersports— including snowmobiles, ATVs, and military vehicles. Three engineering representatives from the Polaris product development facility in Roseau, MN, will provide a high-level presentation of Polaris’ history, products, and engineering processes. The speakers will discuss the engineering structure of the company and provide a summary of their respective roles and departments, including technical case studies pertaining to their role in the product development process. The evening will conclude with an informal meet-and-greet with our speakers, showcasing some examples of Polaris’ vehicles.

Our Speakers
Rachel Kendall, Caroline Allard, and Alix Bartel are all graduates of the University of Manitoba Mechanical Engineering undergraduate program.  Alix also completed his Masters Degree at the U of M.  At Polaris, Rachel works in Powertrain Design, Caroline works in Powertrain Development, and Alix works in Structural Durability.
